Job Summary

While the franchisee owns the license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, it is a separate company and the sole employer for those working in the restaurant. The franchisee is responsible for all employment matters—hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. RequirementsManagers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during shift to maintain quality, service and cleanliness.
Responsibilities include:
planning each shift; monitoring performance; taking action to meet McDonald’s standards; monitoring safety, security and profitability; communicating with the next Shift Manager for a smooth hand‑over; and helping departments meet their goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We are looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule, a passion for working in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate owned restaurant.
