Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is one component of our Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—may vary by position. Paid time off is earned according to local policy and increases with length of employment.

As a Food Runner
, you will:

• Provides fast, friendly, professional food service to restaurant guests.
• Assists in the fulfillment of all food orders according to guests' needs.
• Delivers food to guest tables throughout the restaurant.
• Maintains a clean and stocked workstation.
• Obtains replacement stock for tabletops from kitchen area/storage; takes inventory in accordance with established procedures. Assists server/bus person in setting up tables and provides maximum efficiency and service levels by retrieving guests' special requests.
• Meets attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.

Ranges from 11:45am-11:30pm

Pay
:
Starting at $10.00 per hour + tips (Tip Avg. $50 per shift)

Qualifications:

• Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must work well with others in a team atmosphere, especially servers, cooks, and supervisors.
• Must have excellent customer service/communication skills. Must pass background check and drug test.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays and weekends.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
