Position: Service Team Member - Central West End

Responsibilities
  • Maintain positive energy at all times with a winning spirit.
  • Work as part of a team with a smile.
  • Handle all transactions regarding payments for services accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Greet guests, inform them of specials and menu changes, make suggestions, and answer questions about food, beverages, and the overall concept.
  • Take food and beverage orders, enter all items into the POS system, and process orders promptly.
  • Observe guest satisfaction, respond to additional requests, and determine when the meal is complete.
  • Keep POS and service areas clean and organized before, during, and after shifts.
  • Follow all federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations, as well as company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Skills and Abilities

  • Interact effectively with guests and coworkers.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills.
  • Multitask and show flexibility during busy periods.
  • Have strong knowledge of products and ingredients.

  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Have high energy and a passion for the industry.
  • Have 2+ years of professional experience in restaurant management.
  • Complete approved state alcohol training.
  • Possess good people management, communication, and listening skills.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing laws and food handling requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Be internally motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about teaching others.
  • Be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
