Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Location:

Millipore Sigma - 545 South Ewing Avenue, Saint Louis, MO 63103.

Schedule:

Full time schedule. Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. Further details upon interview.

Pay Range: $19.00 per hour to $21.00 per hour

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and address performance issues.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous customer service, culinary, ordering, or supervisory experience preferred.

• No nights or weekends in some roles; benefits available.
