Concessions Cashier / Food Service Worker – Energizer Park Home of St. Louis, City, SC

Position title: Concessions Cashier / Food Service Worker

Pay Range: $19.50 to $19.50 per hour

Location: Energizer Park Home, St. Louis, City, SC

Operates Point of Sale system, assists guests in a friendly and timely manner, and keeps cashier stations clean.

• Performs cashier duties using the POS system.
• Performs general cleaning duties; removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Provides service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Inventories and restocks supplies and food products.
• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Checks guests for proper identification.
• Serves hot and cold items to customers.
• Sets up items for purchase on daily basis.
• Keeps refrigerator stocked and product rotated using the first in, first out rule.
• Helps prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts. Also helps prepare catering orders.
• Stocks pantries with correct par levels of food items on a daily basis. Records replenished amounts on floor stock form for each unit. Records refrigerator temperatures on floor stock form daily.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
