Overview
The Analyst, Real Estate will be responsible for overseeing corporate real estate activities, including conducting property and portfolio analysis, coordinating real estate transactions, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive real estate records. This role supports strategic decision making by ensuring data integrity, timely reporting, and effective execution of real estate initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities- Responsible for managing the process for all Spire real estate activities and documents based on the strategic plan established by Director, Real Estate and Facilities
- Participate in the development of the real estate strategic plan by providing analysis, support, and recommendations on real estate purchases and or sales to the Director, Real Estate, and Facilities
- Lead the negotiations for all small leases and easements, assist/support the Director, Real Estate, and Facilities with larger office lease negotiations, including tracking status and providing analysis as needed for all real estate leases. Providing management and process around lease administration for the Company
- Manage the execution of real estate transactions in collaboration with the Director, Real Estate and Facilities, and legal department, including those related to a purchase sales agreement, appraisal, due diligence, title, survey, etc. and maintain all associated correspondence/documents
- Responsible for assisting the legal department with all real estate closings, including communicating with the title company regarding all closing documents and managing all title documents, surveys, and title policies for all real property owned by the company.
- Research current real estate transactions, market rates, fees, and trends in areas Spire serves and works and additional related research (property information) as required
- Coordinate real estate efforts with outside services and internal groups (legal, finance, etc.) of Spire at the direction of the Director, Real Estate and Facilities
- Responsible for establishing a process for and maintaining all real estate records (deeds, titles, etc) in an orderly manner and in accordance with Company Record Retention Program and for annual reporting compliance
- Responsible for tracking all metrics related to Corporate Real Estate
- Provide project management for real estate projects as assigned
- All other duties in Real Estate and Facilities as assigned

Required Education (certifications, licenses)- Bachelor s degree in the area of Business, Finance, Real Estate or related area or equivalent experience
Five plus years of experience in financial analysis, real estate, business, finance, para-legal, facilities, or related area required
Intellectual curiosity and demonstrated enthusiasm for the real estate industry, process, and records
Demonstrate five-plus years of strong research and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
