• Lead project-specific QA/QC programs and quality plans.
• Monitor subcontractor and supplier quality performance.
• Review drawings, specifications, and requirements for compliance.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and third-party quality services.
• Resolve quality issues and support corrective actions.
• Provide clear field reporting and documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Approximately 5–7 years of relevant construction or quality experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working in both office and active project environments.
