Kirkwood Home and Landscape in St. Louis, MO is hiring a full-time Lead Gardener to supervise a small landscaping crew and maintain high-end residential gardens. You'll earn a competitive wage of $30 - $40 an hour
, depending on experience. We also offer our gardening team great benefits

- Lead and work alongside a crew of 1-2 experienced gardeners.
- Maintain residential gardens-pruning, weeding, watering, planting, and deadheading.
- Assist with garden design, seasonal pot arrangements, and organizing plant materials.
- Manage scheduling and coordinate with clients, crew, and management.
- 5+ years of gardening experience
- Physical ability to perform the necessary landscaping functions of the job, including working outdoors in all types of weather conditions
