Canyon Creek Apartments – Mehlville, MO | Pay: $17–$18/hour (DOE) + bonuses

We’re hiring a reliable Groundskeeper to keep our community clean, safe, and looking great year-round. This is a full-time position with steady hours, no seasonal layoffs, and strong benefits.

• Keep breezeways and common areas clean with regular leaf blowing and debris removal
• Complete daily trash pickup and maintain clean, accessible dumpster enclosures
• Pick up dog waste and restock pet waste stations
• Assist with apartment trash-outs as needed
• Trim bushes and keep sidewalks and walkways clear
• Assist the office team with resident notice delivery when needed

• $17–$18/hour plus up to $750 quarterly bonuses

• 6+ months groundskeeping or landscaping experience
