Location: St. Louis
We are seeking a full-time veterinary surgeon to provide a wide range of surgical services including soft tissue and orthopedic procedures, as well as take outpatient appointments as time allows. Our AAHA accredited veterinary hospitals offer digital radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, therapeutic laser, full-service dentistry with digital dental radiography, and a wide range of soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries. Our Pain Management Centers also offer rehabilitation services.

- $130,000 minimum base salary, depending on experience
- Commission opportunity – our average annual total compensation is approximately $150,000

- Enjoy predictable, reasonable hours without the pressure or chaos often found in other practices.
- Perform high-quality exams, diagnostics, and treatments on client-owned animals
- Conduct surgical procedures including spay/neuter and soft-tissue surgeries on client-owned and shelter animals
- Provide compassionate, clear communication to pet owners and adopters
- Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with protocols and regulations
- Collaborate closely with technicians and support staff
- May work an occasional Saturday with a different day of the week off.
- DVM or VMD from an accredited veterinary program
- Current Missouri veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
- Surgical residency-trained and/or 10 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience suitable to our needs.
- Commitment to humane, ethical animal care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
