Urgent Care Veterinarian

Urgent Vet is seeking an Urgent Care Veterinarian to join our team in the St. Louis, Missouri area. We offer after-hours care for canine and feline patients with a focus on efficient, paperless clinics equipped with cloud-based EMR, digital x-ray, and IDEXX in-house lab equipment. Single-doctor shifts cover common urgent cases, including wound management, ear infections, vomiting/diarrhea, and euthanasia.

Responsibilities

• Serve patients and clients with a relationship-based approach
• Collaborate with the clinical team and leadership
• Grow relationships within the practice and the St. Louis community
• Support staff development through internal Level Up training
• Manage a varying caseload, including surgeries and appointments during open hours

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
• Active license in good standing to practice in the state of employment (or ability to obtain)
