This is a full-time on-site role located in St. Louis, MO, and offers opportunities as both Crew Leaders and Crew Members. Crew Leaders will oversee and coordinate landscaping projects, manage teams, and ensure quality standards and timelines are met. Crew Members will perform landscaping tasks, such as planting, mulching, trimming, and operating equipment, while adhering to all safety protocols. Candidates will work collaboratively on various outdoor landscaping projects, contributing to the transformation of clients  spaces.

• Experience in landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, pruning, and maintenance
• Knowledge of safe operation and maintenance of landscaping tools and equipment
• Leadership skills for Crew Leader positions, including team coordination and project management
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact with clients
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
• Previous experience in the landscaping or related industry is beneficial
• Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks
