• A current, active LPN license in the state of Missouri
• A heart for resident-centered care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Delivering high-quality, personalized nursing care
• Supporting residents with daily living activities
• Promoting social engagement and a positive living environment
• Taking and recording vitals (BP, temperature, heart rate, etc.)
• Updating medical records and reporting changes to RN or physician
• Assisting in planning and implementing individualized care plans
