• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Med Surg, Med Tele 7W
• Location:
  
  Mercy Hospital South - 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, Missouri 63128
• Schedule:
  
  Full‑Time | 36 hours/week
• Shift: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Sign‑On Bonus:
  Up to $2,000

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Licensure:
  Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program;
  Must hold and maintain a current LPN license in Missouri and meet all State Board of Nursing requirements. Comparable education experience and successful licensure may be considered.
• Experience:
  
  New graduates and experienced LPNs welcome.
• Certifications:
  
  Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (or within 30 days of hire). LPN‑IV Certification completed prior to hire or within 3 months (up to 1 year based on unit requirements).
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Frequent standing and walking throughout shift;
  Significant bending, stooping, and patient lifting/turning with assistance;
  Ability to push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs.
