• 1 scheduled weekend per month
• 1 scheduled shift per pay period
• 2 scheduled holidays per year

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct resident care and supervises nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. This role collaborates with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants to develop and implement individualized plans of care.

• Provide direct nursing care in a safe, clean, and supportive environment
• Develop and implement resident care plans
• Administer medications and accurately document care and condition changes
• Supervise and monitor assigned staff to ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure adherence to state, federal, and facility safety guidelines
• Use nursing equipment and supplies according to established procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Graduate of an approved LPN or RN program
• Current, valid LPN or RN license in the state of practice
• BLS/CPR certification (current)
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred (minimum 2 years preferred but not required)
• Ability to work scheduled PRN shifts, including required weekends and holidays
