Experience- 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
- Must have at least 24 months of RN First Assist experience.
- 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required after submission). Local & travel allowed. Candidates living < 50 miles from facility will be processed as local. COVID vaccination required; declinations not accepted. Flu vaccination required; religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details RNFA OR Required Skills/Experience:
Ability to work in rapid paced environment, ability to provide quality of care in OR setting.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Prefer to also scrub. Able to assist with general, GYN, GU, Ortho, ENT. Robotic experience preferred.
Shift & Scheduling:Shift Hours 7-7 or 9-9. Weekend

Required; expectations TBD at interview. 5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 05/25/2026, 07/04/2026, 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1.

Driver’s license required.
