Join Our Team
We are searching for compassionate Advanced Practice Providers (NP/PA) to join our team. Focus on delivering high-quality care in a supportive, physician-led environment!
Opportunity- Full-time and Part-time openings available
- No nights, weekends or holidays
- Outpatient focused clinical practice
- At this time, we do not have any Pediatric APP opportunities available
- Join a collaborative team and develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
- Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician partner
- Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (Next Gen)
- Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team
- Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives
- Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing or Physician Assistant-Master’s Degree
- Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in Missouri (or eligibility)
- Certified Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians
- Physician-led, supportive practice environment
- Competitive compensation:
The starting salary for entry level will likely be in the $95,000 - $112,000 range (factors may include candidate experience and specific role within the office) - Benefits within your first 30 days
