Esse Health is currently looking for a part-time Nurse Practitioner for our Allergy and Asthma Institute!

• Part-time opening
• We are offering a schedule of 2 - 3 days a week and seeking a candidate with the ability/desire to pick-up extra days cover for the occasional vacation for other staff members.
• No nights or holidays
• Not benefit eligible

  Family/individual across the lifespan (FNP)
• Outpatient focused speciality practice

• Join a collaborative team and develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members
• Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician partner
• Provide patient education
• Prepare and manage allergen immunotherapy extracts
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (Next Gen)
• Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team
• Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives

• Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing
• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Missouri (or eligibility)
• Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physician
