Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Neuro Med/Surg night shift position requiring a MO or compact license and at least one year of recent specialty experience.

• Work on the 8 West Neuro unit of a hospital setting
• Care for neuro-medical surgical patient population
• Night shift position with hours from 19:00 to 07:30
• Blocked scheduling may be allowed based on facility needs
• 13-week contract assignment
• Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Local candidates within 50 miles are eligible with adjusted pay rates
• Local staff are restricted to three consecutive 13-week contracts before requiring a 1-year separation from the facility or moving to another location outside the 50-mile radius
• No mention of floating, call requirements, or dress code

• Active MO or compact RN license at the time of consideration
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in neuro-medical surgical nursing
• No gaps in employment of 90 or more days within the past 12 months
• Current certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment unless proof of renewal is provided
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required;
  Canadian SINs are not accepted
