Base pay: $35.83/hr – $55.31/hr (depending on skills and experience)

• Specialty: POD 2 – Trauma, ORS, plastics, reconstructive surgery
• Weekend option: 3 shifts of 12 hours (0530‑1800 Saturday & Sunday) and one weekday shift (0630‑1900)
• No call, no weekends

Provides and coordinates direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within the standards of nursing care. Supports the clinical manager with the delivery of safe patient care and building an effective work unit.

• Circulate and scrub for assigned specialty and OR procedures.
• Serve as liaison between specialty physicians and hospital; review and maintain physician preference cards; maintain equipment functionality.
• Act as a clinical preceptor/mentor for new and existing staff; provide clinical experience that promotes growth and competency. Present training sessions on new equipment and instrumentation.
• Manage inventory of specialty supplies; review case cart supplies for accuracy and cost effectiveness. Liaise with vendors, management, and physicians.

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree.
