- Ortho, spine, neuro, ENT cases plus spinal fusions, turner resections kidney & liver tranplants
- 25 ORs
- 4/10 hour shifts M-F
- On duty manager call rotation 3-4 times per year (mainly phone calls)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed
- Responsible for patient, staff and family interactions
- OR experience preferred

Role Purpose
Coordinates patient care, personnel management, maintenance of equipment, equipment purchased, and statistical accumulation.

evaluate and conduct performance reviews as assigned; draft and issue corrective actions/coaching; follow up regarding any disciplinary action to determine compliance.
