No Dialysis experience required – will train! Night shift M/W/F 4pm–11:30pm. Flexible schedule required for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in an outpatient dialysis center.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
• Deliver care to patients with multiple comorbidities requiring unique treatment plans.
• Work with a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Float to various facilities during and after training.

• Build long‑term relationships with patients and families in an intimate outpatient setting.

• Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• IV certification if required by state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed training program approved by the medical director and governing bodies prior to operating the water treatment system.
• Preferred or required state certification: BONENT or CHT.
• Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; functional proficiency in DaVita computer systems within 90 days of hire.
