Location: St. Louis
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) must be (MO) Missouri licensed to provide high-quality patient care. In this role, you will work under the supervision of an RN or physician to administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient health in accordance with the Missouri Nursing Practice Act
.
Shift Flexibility:
Able to work flexible shifts depending on availability (morning, afternoon, or night).
To comply with Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) and Division of Professional Registration standards, all candidates must meet the following:
- Active MO LPN License: Must hold a current, unencumbered LPN license in the State of Missouri.
- Note:
We perform online verification of all licenses/certifications prior to hire.
- Note:
- Employee Disqualification List (EDL) Clearance: Candidates must not appear on the Missouri EDL.
- Ongoing Requirement: As a condition of employment, an EDL check will be run every 90 days to ensure continued eligibility.
- Family Care Safety Registry (FCSR): Must be registered with the Missouri FCSR. If not registered, the applicant must apply within 15 days of the start date.
- Background Check: Successful completion of a Missouri State Highway Patrol background check. A National Background Check will be conducted if applicable to specific facility contracts.
- Annual TB Screening: Evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) status within the last 12 months is required. Valid documentation includes:
- PPD (Skin Test)
- IGRA (Blood Test/Quanti
FERON-Gold) - Chest X-Ray (Required only for those with a history of positive test results).
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments (including IV therapy if MO IV-Certified).
- Perform wound care, catheterizations, and vital sign monitoring.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising RN or Physician.
- Assist with the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Provide bedside care, including hygiene assistance and nutritional support.
