Available Shift- Nights 7:00 pm – 7:00 am
- $12,000 sign‑on bonus for qualifying RN candidates
- $10,000 sign‑on bonus for qualifying LPN candidates
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Shift differential pay
- Paid time off (PTO +) added to your balance; immediately accrue more PTO as you work
- Earn PTO + for every quarter of perfect attendance
- 6 observed holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 floating holiday

- Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
- Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
- Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans
- Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs
- Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders
- Assign nursing care to team members according to resident needs and staff capabilities
- Administer medications
- Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents
- Document treatments as required
- Ensure supplies are utilized economically and equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner
- Other duties as assigned
- Valid Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Valid CPR certification
