Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit

Location:

Mercy Hospital South – 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, Missouri 63128

Schedule:

Full-Time | 36 hours/week

Sign‑On Bonus:

  • Experienced Nurses:
    Up to $10,000
  • New Graduate Nurses (less than 1 year of experience):
    Up to $5,000
Education & Loan Assistance
  • $10,000 Scholar Loan Program (LPN to RN)
  • $20,000 RN Loan Forgiveness
  • $16,000 RN to BSN Assistance
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Associate Degree in Nursing, Nursing Diploma, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Licensure:
    Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or compact licensure in accordance with state regulations
  • Experience:

    Previous hospital experience preferred and may be required
  • Certifications:

    Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education:

    BSN preferred
  • Licensure:
    Additional state licensure or specialty certifications preferred
  • Experience:

    Prior experience in specialty area or similar clinical setting
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Prolonged standing and walking throughout the shift
  • Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed to perform nursing duties
