Schedule:
Full-Time | 36 hours/week
Sign‑On Bonus:
- Experienced Nurses:
Up to $10,000 - New Graduate Nurses (less than 1 year of experience):
Up to $5,000
- $10,000 Scholar Loan Program (LPN to RN)
- $20,000 RN Loan Forgiveness
- $16,000 RN to BSN Assistance
- Education:
Associate Degree in Nursing, Nursing Diploma, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Licensure:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or compact licensure in accordance with state regulations - Experience:
Previous hospital experience preferred and may be required - Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of hire
- Education:
BSN preferred - Licensure:
Additional state licensure or specialty certifications preferred - Experience:
Prior experience in specialty area or similar clinical setting
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Prolonged standing and walking throughout the shift
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed to perform nursing duties
