Overview
Seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner specializing in psychiatry to improve mental health care for geriatric patients in nursing homes.
Responsibilities- Provide psychiatric medication management and therapy, collaborating with staff and partnering facilities.
- Assess patient needs, prescribe medications, conduct evaluations, and monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate records and foster trust with patients to support recovery.
- Active NP license, with at least 1 year of experience; psychiatric experience preferred but not required.
