Nurse Manager

Overview

This full-time RN leadership role involves assigning staff, ensuring quality resident care, and promoting teamwork.

• Conducts resident assessments, updates care plans, and collaborates with Charge Nurses on care goals.
• Manages staff, delegates responsibilities, and enforces professional standards.
• Ensures compliance with safety protocols, completes QAPI tasks, and handles documentation accurately.
• Communicates concerns promptly to the Director of Nursing and seeks guidance when needed.
• Supports staff development, promotes accountability, and maintains clinical competence.

• Requires current RN license, prior long-term care supervisory experience preferred, and strong communication skills.
• Must be physically capable of assisting residents and managing a diverse workload.
