• Regional Float Pool Perk AND Shift Differentials: $2.75/Evenings, $4.60/Nights, $1.50/Weekends

The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients in accordance with standards of nursing practice. The RN must report to facilities within the regional footprint of the home hospital and may be assigned to multiple locations upon hire.

• Required
  
  Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program (Preferred: BSN)
• Licensure:
  Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
• Required Experience:
  • One year of recent bedside RN experience in Med/Surg
  • Two years of recent bedside RN experience for other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.)
• Preferred Experience:
  
  Epic experience
• Certifications (Must have to start):
  • Med Surg and Behavioral Health – BLS
  • Women’s Health – BLS & NRP
  • Critical Care – BLS, ACLS
  • Emergency Department – BLS, ACLS, & PALS
• Physical Requirements:
  • Stand/Walk most of the time on duty; lift, turn patients with assistance up to 50 pounds
