Practice Nurse RN - Primary Care

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our physician practice team. In this role, you will plan, organize, and deliver high-quality patient care while collaborating closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and office staff. You will play a key part in ensuring exceptional patient experiences and maintaining accurate medical records in Epic
.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care & Coordination:
    Provide compassionate, efficient care in a clinical setting, supporting physicians and advanced practice providers.
  • Triage & Communication:
    Manage and triage patient phone calls as directed by the physician, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Clinical Support:
    Assist with procedures and perform diagnostic tests as ordered by the physician or nurse practitioner.
  • Medication Administration:
    Administer medications and treatments according to provider instructions and established protocols.
  • Documentation:
    Accurately document all patient visits, telephone encounters, procedures, medications, and education in Epic in a timely manner.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with the care team to maintain smooth clinic operations and deliver the highest quality of care.
Qualifications
  • Current RN license in the state of practice.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Epic or similar electronic health record systems preferred.
