- Lead with expertise - Provide direct leadership to our NNP team, ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and regulatory readiness
- Drive Innovation - Champion progressive models of NNP practice, building structures that optimize patient outcomes and align with national best practices
- Inspire and develop talent - Mentor, coach, and empower NNPs to grow professionally while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation
- Shape the future - Partner with nursing and physician leadership to design and implement visionary care models that expand the role of NNPs and strengthen our program
- Advance outcomes - Use data-driven decision making to enhance quality, reduce variability, and ensure the highest standards of patient- and family-centered care
- Education - Master's Degree in Nursing
- Experience - 5-10 years
- Supervisor Experience - < 2 years
- Licenses & Certifications - Nurse Practitioner, RN
