- 12 Hour Shifts – 7:00 pm – 7:30 am
- Shift Differentials for Nights/Weekends/Holidays/BSN

Medicine / Pulmonary Registered Team Leads provide high-quality care for patients experiencing acute medical conditions, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely and effective treatment.

Acute Care Medicine manages patients with a full range of clinical issues. The unit is led by a clinical manager and lead charge nurse, supported by advanced practice nurse and multidisciplinary team.
QualificationsRole Purpose Under the direction of manager, plans, directs, and coordinates activities of a unit on a designated shift.
Responsibilities- Facilitates identification and resolution of gaps in care from hospitalization to ambulatory care setting.
- Leads the development and implementation of complex individual care plans with defined goals in collaboration with interprofessional team.
- Champions evidence‑based practices and supports practice change.
- Analyzes gaps in practice standards and provides feedback to peers to enhance safe patient care.
- Evaluates patient and family experience to improve satisfaction and quality of care.
- Operate as a safety‑sensitive position requiring constant state of alertness.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- RN license
- 5‑10 years nursing experience (or 2‑5 years for associate level)
- Leadership experience as preferred but not required.
