RN - Regional Float Pool - Part Time - Nights - Mercy Lincoln and Surrounding Communities

Registered Nurse (RN) role part-time (24 hours per week) nights shift, within Mercy Regional Float Pool. Candidate must report to facilities within the regional footprint of the home hospital where employed. Facility locations to be discussed upon hire.

• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (No contract)
• Base Pay: Determined by experience
• Shift Differentials: $2.75/Evenings, $4.60/Nights, $1.50/Weekends

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Licensure: Current RN license within hiring state or compact licensure; meet state board of nursing requirements
• Experience:
  • One year recent bedside RN experience in Med/Surg
  • Minimum two years recent bedside RN experience in specialties (ED, ICU, etc.)
  • Epic experience preferred
• Certifications:
  • Med Surg & Behavioral Health – BLS
  • Women’s Health – BLS & NRP
  • Critical Care – BLS, ACLS
  • Emergency Department – BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Physical Requirements: Stand/walk most of the time; significant bending & stooping; push/pull/grip up to 50 lbs
