Days, Monday - Friday;
No Weekends, BJC Recognized Holidays or Call
10-hr shifts with varying start times (8-hr shifts while in orientation)
Up to $15,000 Sign on Bonus eligible
Two years of RN experience in Oncology or a critical care area required

Role Purpose & ResponsibilitiesProvides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and participates in safety, quality, and professional development activities.
Develops and documents care plans collaboratively, assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and respects patient values and barriers to involvement in care.
