• Oncology infusion experience preferred
• Chemo/Bio therapy certified
• Coordinator experience

Coordinates the health care of select patient populations/designated services across the continuum of care. Responsible for coordination of patient contact, patient education, and preparation of patients/families for procedures/tests in collaboration with the healthcare team.

• Facilitates patient care by assessing and evaluating patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
• Coordinates the delivery of safe and appropriate patient care governed by evidence‑based clinical practice.
• Monitors care and data to optimize patient outcomes.
• Facilitates the education of patients and families. Acts as a resource to the health care team.
• Ensures actions meet and support the overall goals of the business.

Education:

• Nursing Diploma/Associate’s – Nursing

Experience:

• 2–5 years in nursing or clinical settings.

Supervisor

Experience:

• No experience required.

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN)

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree – Nursing
