Join for the Med/Surg Career Path - RN Pathway to Specialty Practice role s full‑ or part‑time, day‑shift or night‑shift position welcomes new graduate and experienced RNs to build a strong clinical foundation in Med/Surg while preparing for transition to a specialty unit.
ResponsibilitiesPerforms direct patient care activities for all age groups including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Monitors and coordinates patient care with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort. Works within scope of nursing practice consistent with Mercy Health System guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act.

LPN → RN Bridge Program
RN → BSN Program (up to $16,000)
- Tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 annually
- PTO begins accruing immediately, including a volunteer day!
- Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school
- License: Active RN license in the state
- Certifications: Current BLS (American Heart Association)
