Employee Occupational Health and Telehealth Nurse Manager
Located at the John Cochran Medical Center, the Employee Occupational Health and Telehealth Nurse Manager is responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing or supervising direct patient care. The NM assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates delivery of care based on age specific components. He/she assumes responsibility for the coordination of care focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care.
DutiesThe Employee Occupational Health and Telehealth Nurse Manager position in Specialty Care is located at the John Cochran Medical Center. This position serves as Employee Occupational Health and Telehealth Nurse Manager and is the primary leader responsible for Employee Occupational Health, Employee Wellness and Telehealth Programs and their outcomes. The NM contributes to the development of care delivery models and environmental design, ensuring evidence-based, accessible, affordable patient care.
It ensures compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards and aligns nursing/clinical objectives with organizational strategic outcomes, participating in strategy planning and execution. The NM promotes a positive workplace to achieve the organization’s vision and mission.
