• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and update care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs during shift; ensure quality care delivery
• Oversee resident admissions, discharges, and transitions
• Monitor patient health trends and elevate as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care
• Ensure compliance with documentation, safety, and clinical standards
• Educate residents and families about care plans and health goals

• Current and valid RN license in Missouri
• BLS/CPR certification
• 1+ year experience in SNF, rehab, or LTC
• EMR proficiency and leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical judgment skills
