- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and update care plans
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs during shift; ensure quality care delivery
- Oversee resident admissions, discharges, and transitions
- Monitor patient health trends and elevate as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care
- Ensure compliance with documentation, safety, and clinical standards
- Educate residents and families about care plans and health goals
- Current and valid RN license in Missouri
- BLS/CPR certification
- 1+ year experience in SNF, rehab, or LTC
- EMR proficiency and leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and clinical judgment skills
