As the Director of Nursing, you will oversee all nursing services, ensuring quality care for residents in line with physician orders, federal, state, and company regulations. You will manage a 24‑hour nursing department, conduct nursing assessments, plans, implementation, and evaluation under the State’s Nurse Practice Act, and step in to manage center operations in the Administrator’s absence.

• Assume ultimate responsibility for coordinating total care plans for each resident, ensuring compliance with physician orders, regulations, and facility policies.
• Communicate and interpret policies and procedures to nursing staff, monitoring staff practices and implementation.
• Participate in all admissions decisions and visit prospective residents before admissions.
• Participate in daily and weekly management team meetings to discuss resident status, census changes, personnel, or resident complaints or concerns.

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state of practice.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited nursing school required.
• Five years in long‑term or acute health care preferred; at least two years of nursing supervisory experience required.
