Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of nursing care standards.

• Promotes patient and family centered care and educates families on illness management.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develops, implements, and documents individual plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
• Maintains safety‑sensitive position; alertness required.

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
• No prior experience required.

• Night shift 7:00 pm – 7:30 am every 3rd weekend rotation.
• 12‑hour call in a 6‑week schedule.
• Sign‑on bonus eligible.
