Job Details: LPN PRN Days, 12‑hour shifts.

• Nurse:

• Supervises the direct care of residents and nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Coordinates daily administrative tasks, including schedules, nursing assignments, and patient care.
• Oversees resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Monitors medical charts and provides compassionate support and assistance to patients and their families.
• Acts as a liaison to doctors, families, and administrators regarding changes in residents' conditions.
• Identifies issues or emergencies and responds in a calm and efficient manner.
• Administers direct nursing care when more than routine care is indicated.
• Assists in developing comprehensive care plans.
• Ensures the accuracy and completion of clinical documentation according to FV policy and State/Federal regulations.
• Gives and receives shift reports.

• Active LPN license.
• CPR certification.
• 2 years of experience in Assisted Living.
• Geriatric rehabilitation experience with a strong understanding of restorative nursing.
• In‑depth knowledge of best nursing practices, along with state and federal regulations.
