Overview

LPN Day Shift – Full-Time – Lead & Care with Compassion.

• Full-time, day shift; report to Director of Nursing / ADON
• Oversee nursing staff on your unit
• Provide high-quality resident care per state and federal standards
• Administer medications and treatments
• Lead shift communication and coordinate assignments
• Participate in resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Ensure compliance with documentation and care plans
• Manage nursing care delivery on your shift
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, residents, and families
• Lead unit huddles and mentor nursing staff
• Handle emergencies, medications, and resident assessments
• Participate in facility surveys and trainings

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current license in state
• 2+ years nursing experience in Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
