Position Details
Registered Nurse – Regional Float Pool – Part Time (24 hrs per week) – Nights – Mercy Hospitals (St. Louis and surrounding communities)
- Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000 (no contract)
- Base Pay: determined by experience
- Shift differentials: +$2.75 evenings, +$4.60 nights, +$1.50 weekends
- Day‑One comprehensive medical, vision and dental insurance
- Retention bonus: up to $8/hr after 2 years with Mercy
- 401(k) employer‑matched retirement funds

- Tuition assistance: $2,000 per year; up to $16,000 for ASN to BSN

- Mercy St. Louis – St. Louis, MO

- Mercy Washington – Washington, MO

- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Current RN license in the state or compact licensure required for duties performed
- One year of recent bedside RN experience in Med/Surg; two years for ED, ICU, etc. (Epic experience preferred)
- BLS required for Med/Surg and behavioral health; BLS & NRP for women's health; BLS, ACLS for critical care; BLS, ACLS & PALS for ED
- Can stand/walk most of the shift; can lift/pull up to 50 pounds with assistance
