At BJC Medical Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care in an outpatient setting. This role operates within collaborative practice agreements with primary care physicians and is staffed Monday‑Friday, full time.

The Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care) delivers patient care with a high degree of autonomy, following physician‑approved protocols and collaborating closely with internal medicine or family medicine physicians. Patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning are performed under a formal collaborative practice agreement. The position is safety‑sensitive, requiring a constant state of alertness and safe practice.

• Participate in professional development activities.
• Provide advanced health assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and evaluation for patient populations under a collaborative practice agreement.
• Coordinate care to promote health and wellness through patient and family education, service coordination, and referral placement.
• Assess staff development needs and deliver appropriate educational programs.
• Treat patients with acute illnesses and minor injuries following predetermined protocols.
• Maintain safety standards and work in a constant state of alertness.

Education

• Master's Degree in Nursing

Experience

• No supervisor experience required

Licenses & Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Education

• Doctorate in Nursing or related field

Experience

• 2–5 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
