Overview
The Major Gifts Officer (MGO) is responsible for securing and stewarding significant financial gifts from individuals, families, and key partners to advance Reach’s mission. The MGO manages a portfolio of major donors, develops individualized strategies, and actively networks with churches, ministries, and Updated 1/13/2026 community organizations to identify new prospects. The ideal candidate brings an existing list of potential donors and has a proven track record of closing substantial gifts in a Christ-centered, mission-driven context.
