Responsibilities

This is a full-time, Account Executive role based in Springfield, MO. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding client accounts, fostering strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Duties include developing and implementing advertising strategies, coordinating campaigns across static and digital platforms, and working closely with creative teams to design impactful messaging. The role will also require collaboration with clients to meet their needs and ensure the effective execution of marketing efforts.

Qualifications
  • Experience in customer relationship management, communication, and client engagement
  • Solid understanding of advertising strategies, campaign coordination, and account management
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, display advertising, and market analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with polished presentation abilities
  • Proven organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus
