Marketing Campaign Manager – Commerce Trust. The main purpose of this job is to be responsible for planning, overseeing and reporting on the coordinated execution of content campaigns across multiple owned channels in alignment with the wealth marketing strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed execution briefs for each content promotion campaign, addressing each channel: print, mail and digital, including email, landing pages, website, in-digital applications, and Linked In, collaborating with marketing partners on how each channel can best support content needs.
  • Project manage the development and delivery of each aspect of the promotional plan (planning, production and execution timelines, reporting), coordinating with marketing teammates responsible for asset development and delivery.
  • Contribute to developing campaign execution goals to drive executional excellence, speed and focus, tracking back to goals and optimization.
  • Build and nurture collaborative relationships across marketing and internal/external partners to ensure asset delivery aligns with brand guidelines and a consistent approach.
  • Develop an internal marketing execution playbook documenting standard processes for execution across owned channels and monitor/improve these processes over time.
  • Lead weekly cross-functional, execution marketing meetings to review project progress, changes, roadblocks and alignment on solutions.
  • Align with the campaign calendaring process to maintain a regular pace and volume of content distribution.
  • Develop a standard reporting format and cadence for content campaigns, coordinating with the campaign specialist and external agencies to deliver holistic reports with insights across channels.
  • Perform secondary proofing and quality assurance on digital marketing deployed by the campaign specialist and assist with print proofing as needed.
  • Serve as a back-up for digital deployment of email, social and publishing in client applications if needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Intermediate knowledge of marketing best practices, channel approaches, and integrated channel planning.
  • Ability to write content and use CRM platforms for execution and performance monitoring.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a drive for executional excellence; ensure brand consistency across channels.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to manage small to large promotional campaigns.
  • Motivated, organized self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Adaptable and resilient with a positive attitude aligned with our culture and core values.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years marketing execution or campaign planning experience.
  • Wealth marketing or relationship/service driven industry experience preferred.
  • Experience in advertising agencies or managing agency teams preferred.
  • Hub Spot and/or Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Compensation disclosure: current base pay ranges from $91,000 to $121,000 annually, dependent on factors such as location, skills, education, and experience.
