The Hash Hole Technician participates in the preparation and production of infused preroll products within the Hash Hole Department.

Technicians work across multiple stages of production including:

• cannabis preparation
• concentrate and flower portioning
• hand-rolling infused prerolls
• production documentation

This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow structured production procedures in a regulated cannabis manufacturing environment.

The Hash Hole Department operates as a craft-focused production team. Technicians are expected to take pride in their work, maintain consistent rolling technique, and contribute to every stage of the process.

• Participate in cannabis preparation processes including de-stemming and milling flower
• Portion flower and concentrates for production
• Hand-roll infused prerolls according to department standards
• Maintain consistent product structure, density, and finish
• Perform self-verification checks on completed units
  
  Maintain accurate production documentation and logs
  
  Keep workstations clean and organized
  
  Follow all company SOPs and compliance procedures
  
  Assist team leads and supervisors in maintaining production workflow

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks requiring fine motor control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in loud environments

• Ability to work safely around cleaning agents and production chemicals.

• Ability to pass required background checks for cannabis employment
• Drivers license and reliable transportation

• Cannabis production or manufacturing experience
• Experience hand-rolling joints or infused prerolls
