Saw Operator - 2nd Shift | $20-$22/hr. + 15% Shift Premium | St. Louis, MO
The Gund Company is hiring a Saw Operator to join our St. Louis manufacturing team! This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing with strong pay, benefits, and a team-focused culture.
Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Mon-Fri)
Pay: $20-$22/hour + 15% shift premium
Location:
2121 Walton Rd., St. Louis, MO 63114
What You'll Do
* Operate manual saws and cutting equipment (Table Saw, Chop Saw, Band Saw, Panel Saw, etc.)
* Secure materials and verify proper machine setup
* Read and follow work orders and basic blueprints
* Perform simple assembly tasks using hand tools and painting accessories
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
* Support production goals with accuracy and attention to detail
What We're Looking For
* Experience in manufacturing or machining is helpful-not required
* Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing quality work
* Desire to grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
