What You’ll Do
  • Lead the Run:
    Setup, adjust, and operate high-speed flexographic presses to produce superior artwork.
  • Troubleshoot:
    Use your mechanical expertise to solve printing challenges and maintain machine stability.
  • Collaborate:
    Partner with Press Assistants and maintenance teams to hit cycle-time goals and maximize quality.
  • Innovate:
    Contribute to continuous improvement projects that reduce waste and boost customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
  • Flexo Expertise:
    At least 3 years of experience in flexographic printing or manufacturing/machinery repair.
  • Technical Mastery: A deep understanding of inks, plates, stocks, foils, and screens.
  • An Eye for Detail:
    The ability to differentiate and reduce color variances to maintain perfect brand standards.
  • Durability:
    The strength to lift up to 50 lbs and the stamina to stand for your shift.
  • Commitment: A willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime to help us meet our high-demand deadlines.

Salary: $45,760 - $58,240 per year

Shift: Second

Work hours: 3 PM - 11 PM

Education: High School

Responsibilities
  • Production Excellence: Manage full press setup in coordination with Press Assistants and monitor the entire run to maintain elite print quality.
  • Equipment Care: Execute routine maintenance schedules to ensure machine dependability and long-term stability.
  • Leadership & Safety: Mentor and train team members as needed while strictly adhering to all safety protocols and facility policies.
  • Operational Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing cycle times, lowering costs, and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with maintenance and other departments on technical validations or special projects.
  • The essential functions of this role include:

    • Working in a smoke-free environment
