Job Overview

We are seeking a Packaging Technician to join our high‑performance packaging team. In this role, you will support all aspects of packaging operations to ensure the products in a safe, efficient, and compliant environment. This position follows all policies and procedures and operates in accordance with FDA regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow and support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
  • Meet performance targets on assigned packaging production lines.
  • Perform tasks as assigned by Packaging Leadership.
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for deviations, equipment breakdowns, and process issues.
  • Assist with preventive and autonomous maintenance on packaging equipment.
  • Support changeovers on packaging lines to meet production needs.
  • Participate in 5S, cleaning, and housekeeping activities to maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Some college coursework preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
